Rebecca is a fantastic negotiator! She has a great way of discussing house details with the other realtor that helps bring both sides to a balanced outcome. We worked with her on our sale and purchase and saw this asset on both sides.

Rebecca was referred to me by my Edmonton realtor as I was moving from Edmonton to Calgary and didn't know of any local realtors. I originally wanted to buy vacant land, and she was able to answer all my questions being a rookie at purchasing that type of property. And once I switched gears to buying within Calgary limits, she was just as great! She has been quick to respond to my inquiries, she will tell you the good, the bad and the ugly and is very thorough when doing walk-throughs. We had to do a couple of them via FaceTime and it was like I was standing right next to her in-person! I would definitely use her again in the future and would highly recommend her to my friends and family.
